What We Do

The Kettly Foundation is concerned with addressing these critical intersections for sustainable development and improved quality of life.  "The Kettly Foundation is dedicated to uplifting underserved communities globally by addressing these critical intersections for sustainable development and improved quality of life."

Education

Enhancing educational opportunities is an essential element to a thriving society.  At Kettly Foundation we’re dedicated to transforming education through 3 core initiatives; building primary schools in under-resourced communities, sponsoring children’s education, and providing operational support to ensure schools can run effectively and sustainably.    This includes improving school infrastructure, training teachers, and promoting vocational skills that align with the economic needs, thus empowering individuals to contribute meaningfully to their society.

HealthCare

Accessible healthcare services with a public health perspective are vital for sustainable development worldwide. At The Kettly Foundation, the founder has taken this mission to heart and visited hospitals and clinics in these areas. During her visits, she found many facilities lacked essential medical supplies, with some having none. In some areas, health facilities are non-existent or inaccessible, leaving thousands of families, including children, without healthcare services. The Kettly Foundation is committed to enhancing healthcare by promoting preventive care and treatment. We achieve this by forming partnerships to support the construction of healthcare infrastructure, training healthcare professionals, implementing public health campaigns, and providing much-needed medical supplies and equipment. Through collaborative efforts with diverse communities, we aim to combat prevalent diseases and improve overall well-being, ensuring lasting health benefits for all.

Improving Nutritional Health

Access to nutritious food and education on sustainable agriculture, community gardens, to combat malnutrition is essential for ensuring long-term health.   At Kettly Foundation we are committed to combating malnutrition and improving food security in various underserved communities. Malnutrition remains a significant challenge, in vulnerable populations, and our mission is to provide essential food assistance to those in need, assisting in access to nutritious and sufficient foods.

Economic Sustainability

Did you know that over a third of the global population lives in poverty? This harsh reality affects people of all ages, from seniors to the youngest children, severely impacting their quality of life due to insufficient resources. Underserved communities face an even more dire situation, with poverty and hunger ranking as their top concerns every day.  At the Kettly Foundation, our partnerships with local communities inspire us to develop strategies deeply rooted in understanding their socio-economic context. Achieving economic sustainability requires addressing systemic challenges to foster long-term growth and resilience. We adopt a social business model perspective, integrating social and environmental objectives into our core business strategy for these communities. This approach ensures that our initiatives not only meet immediate needs but also contribute positively to the community and environment, creating sustainable impacts for future generations.
